I feel like anything is possible thanks to The Way Up

I used to be so limited by my own insecurities that I always played it safe. I would never rock the boat in my personal or professional life. I needed constant reassurance and validation in everything I did. All my life I felt like there was something more out there that I was missing and I couldn’t put my finger on what I was doing wrong. I always played by the rules. I never went out on a limb. I really wasn’t living my life, but I didn’t see that.

Passed over for a big promotion at work for the third time in four years, I decided I needed to find out what was holding me back. I talked to my medical doctor and he diagnosed me with an
anxiety disorder. He prescribed me several different medications over the course of a year, none of which really seemed to help. They just made me sleepy and almost worthless at times. I had difficulty functioning some days. It was awful.

Then, one day I was searching anxiety disorders on the Internet and came across this site, The Way Up. The information on this site was so helpful in showing me that I am not alone and that I can address my symptoms of anxiety without taking medications that bog me down and interfere with my ability to function efficiently and effectively. Dr. Priscilla Slagle’s free e-book changed my life. I learned that there is something I can do about my condition. Not only can I reshape my way of thinking and allow myself to express my thoughts and opinions about how something works, but I am now questioning things—questioning the relevance of certain rules that are in place and coming up with new and innovative ways to address inefficiencies in the office.

Last week, I was promoted to a middle management position. I know that it is largely due to the wealth of information I obtained through
The Way Up, and the incorporation of Dr. Slagle’s advice in my life. I have changed the way other people see me, and how I see myself. I feel like anything is possible thanks to what I have learned through this wonderful site.

Whether you need help addressing symptoms of depression or anxiety, or natural herbal supplements and nutritional supplements, or reading material that will help you focus on ways to positively change your way of thinking, and thus, your life, you need to check out The Way Up. It is the best move I have ever made.
